Homemade Sweet Pea Baby Purée

Homemade sweet pea purée has a juicy, natural, and intense bright green color. I try not to overcook peas so they will keep their intrinsic vibrant color, nutrients and fluids.

Ideally, you would want to use spring fresh peas; however, organic frozen sweet peas are a great alternative. Always organic.

This simple recipe is found in one of my favorite baby wholesome recipe books, Cooking for Baby, by Lisa Barnes.
