A Year in Review

It’s hard to believe 2015 will soon be over. A year that brought us blessings, and challenges too. A year dedicated to my family, to the food that unites us, and that gave us the chance to travel to new places near and far from home. I continue to be inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds us here in the Pacific Northwest, the bounty of this region, and the gray skies that many avoid and yet are an integral part of its identity.

Equally and personally important to me has been continuing to pursue an endeavor that has changed my outlook and the way my eyes and senses perceive the world – photography.

    1. Thank you so much, Dear Emma! It’s been wonderful staying in touch with you throughout the year – wishing that one day I could visit Australia and perhaps we can cook some good recipes together… To you and your family, I wish all of you the very best in 2016! 🙂 xx

  1. Elizabeth your stunning photography and astonishing ability to capture light like no other I have ever seen, have been a true inspiration to me, and I am sure many others. I am forever astonished at how the love of food and photography have brought so many of us together across the nations. I wish you and your family a beautiful year ahead in 2016.

    1. Thank you kindly for taking the time to always write in this space, for your loyal, warmest and beautiful words, Ev! I feel lucky to know you. I also feel your inspiration and know how much we share the same passion for natural light. I hope we can meet one day. Wishing you and your lovely family a healthy, happy and fruitful 2016! Warmly, xx.
